As Mauritius rely mainly on its human capital, it is vital to equip the youth with sufficient training at the required institutions.<strong>\u00a0Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)<\/strong>\u00a0plays a pivotal role between the youth and the world of work.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mitd.mu\/\"><strong>Mauritius Institute of Training and Development<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0(<strong>MITD<\/strong>)\u00a0is the main actor for the TVET, they have for long been the promoter of technical and vocational education and is also a pillar of the training education.
